Consultants and retail dealers. Most important, throughout its continual,

Charitable Contributions
Giving back to our communities is a vital part of The Antioch Company's
corporate philosophy. The Antioch Company has a history of caring that spans
the 75 years since its founding. In those days, the company opened its doors
and lent its printing presses to anyone who needed to promote a community
cause.
Today's sophisticated printing processes make it impossible to give that kind
of direct aid, but we now have many more ways of giving back. Besides donating
directly to community projects, we encourage employee-owners to become involved
in helping others. One way is by matching employee-owner contributions; for
every dollar donated by an employee-owner to a nonprofit organization, the company will
donate $1 to the same cause, with a maximum company contribution of $500 per year per employee-owner.
We also encourage active participation in bettering our communities. Every
employee-owner can claim up to two days of paid leave to do volunteer work on
company time. Also, each Antioch Company location has a committee of
employee-owners to help direct contributions and promote involvement in
community activities. Groups of employee-owners have worked to build homes,
organized teams for walk-a-thons, answered phones for public radio pledge
campaigns, and cleaned up public parks.
We strive for unity in our charitable campaigns by sponsoring all-company
programs in which employee-owners can participate. We are an organization that
values people. We strive, in all of our endeavors, to be a good neighbor and
contribute time, energy and resources to the communities in which we live and
work.
