Einstein once said that "chance favors the prepared mind." Antioch's respect for the potential of new ideas provided a receptive environment when Cheryl Lightle answered an after-hours telephone call at her office in 1987. Rhonda Anderson, a customer from Montana, placed an order and discussed the idea of selling albums directly to the public through educational demonstrations.

These events and ideas led to the creation of Creative Memories, a venture whose success has been enormous. Creative Memories now operates in all fifty states and Puerto Rico, Canada, the United Kingdom and other countries.
